These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and 3taya365 ("3taya365," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your registration, access, and use of the 3taya365 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, crash games, and all other features accessible through the platform.

3taya365 is committed to providing Filipino players with a lawful, fair, and responsible gaming environment. For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the 3taya365 platform, which is used to access gaming services, manage funds, and participate in promotions.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and any eligible bonus credits held within a Player's 3taya365 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by 3taya365 to Players, subject to specific bonus terms applicable at the time of the offer.
• "GCash / Maya" means the Philippine e-wallet payment services operated by GXI Corp. and Voyager Innovations respectively, which are accepted deposit and withdrawal methods on 3taya365.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, a government-owned and controlled corporation responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the 3taya365 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming, payment, and account services accessible thereunder.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the independently certified software used to determine outcomes in non-live casino games on the 3taya365 Platform.

The 3taya365 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

3taya365 reserves the right to request valid Philippine government-issued identification — including but not limited to a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or UMID — at any time for the purpose of verifying a Player's age, identity, and location. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and, where funds are withheld pending verification, the Player will be notified in writing of the specific documentation required to release those funds.

Any Player who provides false age information, misrepresents their identity, or circumvents age verification controls will be permanently banned from the 3taya365 Platform. All winnings accumulated through a fraudulently obtained Account will be void and forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the 3taya365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3taya365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances.

When registering on 3taya365, you undertake that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and Philippine residential address — is accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any registered details change.

In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer ("KYC") requirements, 3taya365 will require identity and address verification before enabling real-money withdrawals. The required documentation typically includes:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (as listed in Section 3 above)
• Proof of registered address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence less than three months old)
• For withdrawals via GCash or Maya: confirmation that the linked e-wallet account is registered under the same name as the 3taya365 Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 3taya365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 3taya365 support immediately via live chat.

3taya365 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via PesoNet / instaPay), USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Deposit limits may vary by payment method; current limits are displayed within the Platform's Cashier section.

All deposits on 3taya365 must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party deposits — where a payment originates from an account registered under a different name — are strictly prohibited under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering guidelines and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits on 3taya365 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a payment is submitted in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will apply, and the Player accepts any exchange rate differential as part of the transaction.

3taya365 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large deposits or where unusual deposit patterns are identified, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160) and its implementing regulations.

Withdrawal requests on 3taya365 may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified 3taya365 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 30 minutes, subject to e-wallet provider processing times
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: 1–3 Philippine banking business days
• USDT and cryptocurrency: typically within 1 hour, subject to network confirmation times

3taya365 will not process a withdrawal until a Player's Account has completed full KYC verification (see Section 4). Where a Player has an active bonus with uncompleted wagering requirements, that portion of the Balance attributable to the bonus may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied.

3taya365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow irregular wagering patterns, or where there is any reason to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity. In such cases, withdrawal processing may be delayed pending investigation, and the Player will be informed of the reason for the delay to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3taya365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general bonus terms apply across all 3taya365 promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and hold a valid, active 3taya365 Account in good standing.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x means the bonus amount must be wagered 35 times before withdrawal). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain slots may contribute at different rates — these rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• 3taya365 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus, and any winnings derived therefrom, where there is evidence that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or through abusive, collusive, or fraudulent play.
• A Player may only claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.

3taya365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Reasonable notice will be given where possible, but this is not a guarantee. Players who have already activated a qualifying bonus prior to any such modification will generally be permitted to complete the wagering requirement on the original terms, subject to 3taya365's reasonable discretion.

All games available on the 3taya365 Platform are either independently certified by accredited testing laboratories or, in the case of live dealer games, operated under studio conditions that comply with PAGCOR's technical standards for live gaming. Players may view the certified Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game before placing any wager.

3taya365 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all non-live casino games, including slots, RNG table games, and specialty titles. The RNG produces outcomes that are genuinely random, statistically independent from one result to the next, and not subject to manipulation by 3taya365, the game provider, or the Player.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error that prevents a game round from completing normally, the affected Wager will typically be refunded to the Player's Account. Where a game outcome has been fully determined prior to the failure, that result will stand. 3taya365's records of game outcomes shall be considered authoritative in any dispute regarding a game result, subject to PAGCOR's oversight in the case of formal complaints.

Wagers placed on the 3taya365 Platform cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their bet details — including stake amount, selection, and game parameters — before confirming any Wager. 3taya365 will not reverse a valid, confirmed Wager on the basis of a Player's change of mind.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3taya365 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and, where applicable, referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your 3taya365 Account.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the 3taya365 Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a 3taya365 Account.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, play, or interact with the 3taya365 Platform.
• Exploiting a software error, technical glitch, or pricing mistake on the Platform to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings accumulated through an acknowledged software error are void.
• Using the 3taya365 Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent PAGCOR's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion agreements or deposit limits.

3taya365 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe and enjoyable for all Players. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 3taya365 is required to maintain a comprehensive responsible gaming programme and to make its tools freely and prominently available to all Players. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from Account Settings. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, per week, or per month. When a limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the relevant period resets.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders displayed at selected intervals during a gaming session, showing elapsed time and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Player may voluntarily self-exclude from the 3taya365 Platform for a defined period (minimum 1 week) or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

3taya365 does not permit gaming by individuals who are known to be subject to a PAGCOR-mandated exclusion or who are on any third-party exclusion register to which 3taya365 has access. The 3taya365 Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above.

All content on the 3taya365 Platform — including but not limited to the 3taya365 brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, text, and the selection and arrangement of all materials — is the exclusive property of 3taya365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3taya365 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 3taya365 Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3taya365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3taya365 shall not be liable for: (i) any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage; (ii) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (iii) interruptions to the Platform caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's end; (iv) unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; or (v) any act or omission by a third-party payment provider, game supplier, or telecommunications carrier.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3taya365's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

3taya365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive conduct
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority
• Identification that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3

Where an Account is closed and there is a verified remaining Balance that is not subject to any ongoing investigation, fraud review, or regulatory hold, 3taya365 will return those funds to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be withheld until the investigation concludes.

Players may close their own Accounts at any time by contacting 3taya365 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any outstanding wagering requirement associated with an active bonus is forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

3taya365 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly, efficiently, and transparently. In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with the 3taya365 customer support team via live chat. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through 3taya365's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official consumer complaints procedure. PAGCOR's adjudication of a dispute under its regulatory framework shall be final and binding on 3taya365 in relation to the subject matter of the complaint, subject to any applicable right of judicial review under Philippine law.

3taya365's records of game outcomes, account activity, and wager settlements shall be considered authoritative evidence in any dispute, unless a material technical error can be demonstrated. In such cases, the dispute will be referred to the relevant game provider for independent review.

3taya365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, eligibility criteria, or Player obligations — 3taya365 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to all registered Players before those changes take effect.

Notice of non-material updates — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or changes required by PAGCOR directive — may be given by posting updated Terms on the Platform without advance notice.

By continuing to use the 3taya365 Platform after any amendment takes effect, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must notify 3taya365 support and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 14 (which must be exhausted prior to commencing any litigation), the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process or PAGCOR adjudication.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms. Nothing in this Section shall limit PAGCOR's statutory authority to regulate the 3taya365 Platform or adjudicate complaints under its licensing framework.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
